1. Encourage your child to draw a picture of his/her ideal clothing (see fashion calendar for details on type of clothing). Discuss what clothes he or she likes the best and why.

2. Talk about colors, textures, patterns as well as what's fun about getting dressed and what's not. Now get color markers, crayons, glitter, stickers -- whatever inspires your child to draw freely.

3. Download a drawing outline to help your child get started. Great Activity for Parties and in the Classroom

1. Use a flatbed scanner to scan your child's drawing, and save as a PDF or JPEG. Or, photograph (see tips) your child's drawing with a digital camera (hi-resolution 300 dpi).

2. Select Design and Post. Click Post, and fill in child's first name, age, and comment on the design's color, style and/or materials.

3. Sign your initials to indicate you have read our privacy policy. Click on upload file, select browse, and upload.

Don't forget to vote with your child for his/her favorite designs. Tell all your friends so they can vote too!
